I have been a licensed REALTOR® on PEI since 2000. I started Real Estate to partner with my mother Darlene Arsenault at the time working with Canada First Real Estate and then starting the new brokerage of Re/Max Harbourside Realty Ltd in Summerside, Prince Edward Island.

I have an extensive background in business, home improvement, bank foreclosures and negotiations. Originally from Montreal, Quebec and Nackawic, New Brunswick I immigrated to PEI in 1992. I have four absolutely amazing children, one of whom passed away in 2007, at the age of ten, after a long courageous battle with leptomeningeal gliomatosis (brain cancer). In 2014 my oldest daughter Ashtyn Palmer started her Real Estate career becoming a 3rd generation Realtor.

I love finding a great house, piece of land or business for a client & seeing the joy in their faces when they get it. I remember every house I've sold (sometimes even just been in) I remember the families, pets & neighbors. I am grateful for all my past clients who have become friends.

Spare time for me could be heading to the woods when the weather is nice or curling up with a good book at home. I am a licensed Security Officer and enjoy the change of pace helping people in times of crisis. I am always on call to various animal rescue groups for whatever needs to be done in the never ending fight against animal suffering.

There's no better job on earth than mine. I love the challenges, the ups and downs and most importantly being part of such a big part of my client’s lives.  I count myself lucky every day to be able to do what I enjoy.
